Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Our office is closed from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. for lunch. During this hour our staff will not be available.

Southbound:
Exit I-405 at N.E. 8th St., eastbound.
Merge to the left lane and turn left (north) at 116th Ave. N.E.
Go past the next light and turn left at signage toward hospital parking.
Turn right into the North Garage.
Take the elevator to the street level and walk across the street to the Overlake Medical Tower.
Overlake Neurology is down the hall, make a right at the elevators and a left down the opposite hallway in suite 200.

Northbound:
Exit I-405 at N.E. 4th St.
Turn right on N.E. 4th St. and turn left on 116th Ave. N.E.
Go past two lights and turn left at signage toward hospital parking.
Turn right into the North Garage.
Take the elevator to the street level and walk across the street to the Overlake Medical Tower.
Overlake Neurology is down the hall, make a right at the elevators and a left down the opposite hallway in suite 200.
